how to use AI to write scripts for your niche

AI has completely changed youtube automation

what used to take hours and cost hundreds of dollars per video now takes minutes and costs almost nothing

but after being in the youtube space for the past 3 years, and having helped 100s of people at this point, I’ve noticed that a lot of people don’t actually know the BEST way to use AI to write scripts 

they just paste a topic into chatgpt and hope for the best

That’s why in this email, I’mma show you how you can do it step by step: 

step 1: pick a competitor channel you like

find a channel in your niche that's crushing it, go to the popular tab then pick 3 of their best videos 

step 2: get the transcripts

grab the transcripts of those 3 videos (use youtubetotranscript.com or any transcript site)

step 3: tell chatgpt to analyze them

paste the transcripts into chatgpt and tell it to analyze the format, structure, tone, and style

it'll break down everything 

how they hook viewers

how they structure their stories

what language patterns they use

and all of it

step 4: convert it to JSON

tell chatgpt to turn that analysis into a JSON file

cuz AI reads JSON way better than regular text, 

so this makes the next step work perfectly

step 5: create your own custom GPT

go to the chatgpt GPT builder

go over the create a GPTat the top left, and paste the prompt below this image

paste this prompt inside: 

“Prompt for GPT Builder:

You are a professional script writer for YouTube videos in the [INSERT YOUR NICHE] niche.

I've provided you with JSON files that analyze 3 top-performing videos from a successful competitor in this niche.

Your job is to write scripts that match the exact style, tone, structure, and format of these analyzed videos.

Key requirements:

• Match the hook style and opening structure

• Follow the same narrative flow and pacing

• Use similar language patterns and vocabulary

• Maintain the same tone (educational/storytelling/dramatic/etc.)

• Follow the same video length (10-15 minutes/20 minutes/etc.)

• Address the viewer the same way (you/we/second person/etc.)

When I give you a topic, write a complete script that sounds like it came from this exact channel.

Example video titles that follow this format:

Now write scripts that match this exact style and format.
