"I can't do this anymore"

one of my students asked me this the other day:

"Leo, how did you actually start your 'make money online journey?’"

even tho I've shared my story a couple times on youtube, a lot of people still don't know about it

so I thought for today's email, why not show you how I went from an IT student to making over $100k/mo just 1.5 years after starting

so here you go:

3 years ago, I was 18, working as an IT tech

fixing printers, resetting passwords, doing stuff no one actually cared about

every day felt the same

wake up, commute, sit under bad office lighting, go home tired, repeat

I knew I didn't want that life but I didn't know what the alternative was

that's when I started looking for ways to make money online

and like any of you, I stumbled upon dropshipping

it was buzzing at the time and had a lot of promises, so I thought: why not

but I quickly realized it wasn't as easy as it looked on youtube

I was spending hours refreshing ad dashboards, dealing with suppliers ghosting me, and watching my profits disappear overnight

after months of losing money on dropshipping I literally said "I can't do this anymore"

I needed to quit and find something different

I didn't want a second full-time job

I wanted something that could actually run without me

something that was low-budget to start, scalable, and flexible enough to build on the side

that's when I found youtube automation

it had everything dropshipping didn't

I was working just a couple hours per day

I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars on any inventory

and the competition compared to e-com was pretty low

so I gave it my full attention

and after a couple of trials and failed channels, it started working

my old channel "howtoai" started making serious money and I quickly found myself making around $100k/mo

that was insane for someone who just 1.5 years before was the WORST student in his entrepreneurial class (literally got the worst grade out of everyone)

I knew I had some good momentum going on

so I kept growing and opening up more channels

at the same time all this was happening, I figured out that I didn't want to keep this YTA business model to myself

I knew that a lot of people were trying to make money online but just didn't have the RIGHT vehicle to do it

so I decided to start teaching my system to other people

and it worked

my students started getting crazy results

like arturo who made $27k in one month

Matyas who made $15k in his first 45 days

reed who went from 0 to $15k/month in his first few months

now I've helped 100s of people go from working regular jobs to making real money with youtube

and honestly, seeing their results means more to me than any amount I've made myself

I'm not sharing this to brag or flex

I'm still far from reaching my goals (as crazy as it seems)
