the easiest way to start YTA as a noob
I would do this if I had to start over...
one of the most profitable channels you can run on youtube right now are AI channels
they're cheap, fast to make, and can go viral without showing your face or spending thousands on freelancers
that's why in this email I'mma show you exactly how you can start running these channels to start making $$$ with youtube
so let's get into it:
step 1: pick a viral niche and spot the gap
this is the most important step
cuz your niche decides whether you make $100 or $10,000 a month
so to find your niche, you need to:
look for topics that already go crazy on youtube (stuff like: streamers, celebrity moments, internet drama, sports clips) or anything that's proven to get views
study what's missing: what not many people are covering or what you could do slightly better
that's your niche
for example, take the Financial Historian channel
they're crushing it with 77.8K subs making content about money, history, and power

topics like "Bitcoin: A Stateless Currency in a Lawless World" and "How Britain Drained India's Wealth" are getting thousands of views
that's a pn niche with demand
step 2: use AI to write your scripts
use claude or chatgpt to write your scripts
just drop in 2-3 viral scripts from your niche and say 'copy this style and write one about [your idea]'
takes like 5 minutes and you can generate unlimited scripts
channels like Financial Historian are using AI to write their scripts - that's how they're able to post consistently high-quality content
step 3: use AI for voiceovers
upload your script to an AI voiceover tool, test a few voices, and pick one that fits your niche
keep it natural and avoid the overused robot-sounding ones everyone else uses
step 4: use AI for visuals
use stock footage from pixabay or generate AI images with leonardo/midjourney
then hire a simple VA for like $5/hour to put everything together in capcut (just matching the clips to the voiceover and adding captions)
Financial Historian does exactly this - they use simple AI-generated images and stock footage with captions
nothing fancy, but it works and you can do it easily on capcut
step 5: use AI for thumbnails
use AI (pikzels) or canva to generate your thumbnails
takes like 5 minutes and looks professional
look at Financial Historian's thumbnails - clean, eye-catching, and all made with AI tools
step 6: post consistently and analyze what takes off
upload 4-6 videos per week minimum and check which ones get the highest click-through rate and retention
double down on those topics
if you do this for the next 180 days and actually try to learn how to run these channels
there's no reason you won't be making $5k+ a month
