why not 2 or 5?

well, there's a simple answer for this

these are the only things that actually matter.

everything else is just fluff.

yes, I could make some fancy 10-pillar framework to sound smart or get more views,

but 7 of those would just be a waste of your time.

and I know that because I've watched people grind for 6, 7, 8 months straight.

uploading every week. 

editing for hours. 

doing everything they think is right.

yet still making $0.

every time I check their channels, they're missing one of these 3 pillars.

think of this like a stool 

if you remove one leg, the whole thing will collapse.

so now let me break down the 3 pillars and why I think they are the most important ones.

pillar #1 - picking the right niche

99% of people mess up before they even start by picking the wrong niche.

because yes, you can make perfect videos with amazing editing and killer thumbnails, 

but if you're in the wrong niche, it doesn't matter.

you'll get nothing.

for example, if you make the best excel tutorial videos, nobody will watch them.

why? 

because nobody is interested and nobody cares.

or if you jump into a trending niche that's already packed with people, 

then it will take you a long time and a lot of effort to separate yourself from the crowd 

that's why your niche is pillar #1 of youtube automation.

if you get it wrong, you've got a 90% chance of failing

that’s why instead of guessing what works

you need to find a niche that:

• gets consistent search traffic month after month

• is easy to automate with AI

• actually gets monetized fast by youtube

and on the day of the masterclass, I'll show you exactly how to find these niches

pillar #2 - going viral (getting eyeballs)

now this is important and complementary to #1.

because even if you're in a good niche, you need views to make money.

with adsense, with affiliates, with sponsors - doesn't matter how you're getting money, you need views.

so you need to understand what makes people actually click and watch.

which topics hit. which thumbnails stop the scroll. what are the things the algorithm pushes.

because if you're in a great niche and you know how to automate the process, but you don't know how to get views?

doesn't matter. you'll make nothing.

pillar #3 - ai systems

here's the reality - 1 video per month won't cut it.

1 video per week won't do either.

even 2-3 videos per week will still not be enough for you to get big results.

now don't get me wrong, sometimes you can get lucky, 

but if you're like me and you'd rather rely on your work ethic and systems rather than luck

then what you need is consistent uploads.

and that's why doing everything yourself and not knowing how to use ai, and build a team is a costly mistake.
